CRYSTAL HEALING
What is Crystal Healing ? Crystals channel energy, they can focus, store,transmit and transmute this energy and it can be used for beneficial healing and energizing effects it is not a replacement for traditional medication or treatments but it can work alongside traditional medical treatments to aid recovery and help the healing process .Crystal healing is about change; it involves working with crystals to improve your physical and mental health, your emotional well being and your spiritual advancement.
RAHANNI
What is Rahanni? Rahanni Celestial Healing is a wonderful healing modality of balance. Rahanni is a hands on healing therapy which works on a high vibration. It balances the masculine and feminine aspects of every man, woman and child releasing our fears and any negative energy that we accumulate from our experiences. This allows us to live our true essence. It is a powerful healing and has helped a lot of clients move forward doing what they are meant to do by releasing the past but it is not a replacement for traditional medication or treatments. Everyone can benefit from Rahanni especially children as they are open to these higher energies. It has been known to benefit those children diagnosed with hyperactivity and ADHD. Rahanni not only helps to heal physical problems but works on an emotional level too. Rahanni needs to be experienced to be appreciated. Many people find their attitude to life and its problems change for the better as a result of receiving Rahanni Celestial Healing. Your body will decide how much of the healing light is required. REIKI
What is Reiki? Reiki is a system of energy healing using spiritually guided life force energy “a healing technique based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy into the patient by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the patient’s body and restore physical and emotional well-being”. It is widely accepted that Reiki can be given and received equally effectively hands-off or via distant healing. The Japanese word ‘Reiki’ literally translates as universal life force energy. This system of healing was developed by Mikao Usui in the early 20th century. It is a non-invasive complementary therapy that has been taught and used in the UK since the late 1900s, but Eastern medicine has for thousands of years worked with this energy, recognising its flow through all living things. Reiki supports orthodox medicine or can be used alone but is not a replacement for traditional medication or treatments. It is not based on any belief, faith or suggestion, yet, scientific research using quantum physics is starting to help us to understand how Reiki may work to benefit the individual. Reiki is given fully clothed in a quiet environment and is safe for adults, children, mothers–to–be, babies
TRANSFORMATIVE MEDITATION AND RELAXATION
There are many types of meditation available such as mindfulness, spiritual or relaxation meditation techniques and the use of meditation once thought of as being esoteric or religious is becoming more popular and widely used by the general public. Increasingly techniques such as mindfulness are being used by health care professionals and care workers in order to bring about relaxation and well being in clients.. There are a number or different types of transformative meditation available.
Angelis holistic transformative meditation may be described as a deep level of meditation that allows the subconscious mind to be accessed through the use of progressive relaxation techniques of the mind and body. It varies from other types of meditation in that it uses a technique to relax the mind and body very deeply to a level where the subconscious mind can be open to new more positive thought patterns and suggestions. In this way transformative meditation and deep relaxation therapy follow similar processes to those involved in hypnotherapy. Transformative meditation can be used for working with both groups of of clients and individual clients. Clients can also be taught to work with simple techniques that relax both the mind and body in their own time, to relieve stress and aid relaxation.
